Gramaphone Horn

‘gramophone’ or ‘phonograph’ ~ translates as ‘sound writing’ from the Greek: φωνή phonē- “sound” or “voice”, γραφή- graphē, “writing”, γράμμα- gramma “letter”.
Horn. Steel - cut, bent and welded to be the width of my wing- span, to swell my song and heavy my head. My human-made intention, invention, intervention, interception, interference unto the non human world. Object to facilitate an extension or connection.

An eardrum is all that separates sound from the world outside the human body and the world within it. The space in air and wind is paper upon which sound to write. Disembodied sound. Body of sound.
